PURPOSE: A functional composition which expresses cytokine including interferone gamma is provided to prevent increase of NK cell number. CONSTITUTION: A functional composition which suppresses metastasis is a solid dispersion which is obtained by filtering hot water extract of fruit body of Phellinus yucatensis, drying, and pulverizing. The composition is manufactured in the form of granules, powders, tablets, capsules, or injections. A method for preparing the functional composition comprises: a step of performing hot water extraction of the fruit body of Phellinus yucatensis; a step of drying and pulverizing the hot water extract; and a step of manufacturing in a capsule or injection formulation.
