PURPOSE: A biomarker protein for diagnosing poisoning of titanium dioxide nanoparticles in the lung is provided to sensitively and specifically detect poisoning of titanium dioxide nanoparticles. CONSTITUTION: A kit for diagnosing poisoning of titanium dioxide nanoparticles in the lung contains heat shock protein 90kDa(Hsp90ab1), peroxiredoxin 6(Prdx6), cytoplasmic aconitase, moesin(Msn), isoform M2 of pyruvate kinase isozymes M1/M2(Pkm2), lactate dehydrogenase A chain(Ldha), carbonic anhydrase 1(Car1), or apolipoprotein A-1 precursor(Apo1) biomarker proteins, or antibody which specifically binds to immunogen fragment thereof.
