PURPOSE: A projection system is provided to maintain white balance for projected images by controlling the intensity of driving current applied to a light emitting diode. CONSTITUTION: A projection system comprises: a light source unit(10) including a red light emitting diode(11), a green light emitting diode(12) and a blue light emitting diode(13); an image generation unit(30) generating an image using the injected light successively from the light source unit and projecting the generated image; a light sensor(50) measuring the intensity of the injected light from the red light emitting diode, the green light emitting diode and the blue light emitting diode; and a driving unit(200) keeping a first radio with the fixed ratio of the light intensity of the red light emitting diode and the light intensity of the green light emitting diode on the basis of the light intensity of the red light emitting diode measured from the light sensor and controlling the driving current applied to the green light emitting diode. |
