<p>The plate (1) has a base (3) made of polymer material, and a power rail (4) provided for contacting of pole connectors (5) of cells (2). The base is attached to a connection layer (6) for connection of the power rail with a monitoring electronic circuit (7). The layer has a contacting element (8) for electrical connection with the power rail. An end (9) of the contacting element is fixed at the layer, where a flexible deformable connecting piece (10) protrudes from the end.
