PURPOSE: A soldering apparatus and a soldering method for manufacturing a solar cell module are provided to improve the productivity by automatically performing soldering operation for a conductive ribbon. CONSTITUTION: A stage unit(50) is connected to a loader conveyor unit(510) which supplies a substrate(S). A first linear transfer unit(40) is transferred to a first direction on the stage unit. A second linear transfer unit(30) is installed to transferable to a second direction. A solder head unit(10) solders a conductive ribbon on the substrate. The solder head unit includes a flux dispenser and a soldering unit.
