NEW SOLAR CELL MATERIAL CONTAINING ALKOXY NAPHTHALENE AND SOLAR CELL DEVICE USING THIS MATERIAL

PURPOSE: An organic solar cell material including an alkoxy naphthalene group and an organic solar cell device using the same are provided to obtain alternating copolymer with the narrow band gap and the high mobility by including both an electron donating group and an electron receiving group. CONSTITUTION: Alternating copolymer is obtained by the alternative polymerization of bithiophenylacrylonitrile and alkoxy naphthalene. The alternating copolymer is represented by chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, R is C1 to C30 alkyl group. N is the integer of 20 to 4000. An organic solar cell includes a light active layer based on the alternating copolymer.
