PURPOSE: A carbon nanotube-containing conductive polymer filler is provided to enable uniform dispersion within a conductive thermoplastic resin and to ensure excellent electrical property even though a small amount of carbon nanotube is used. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a carbon nanotube-containing conductive polymer filler comprises the steps of: (i) mixing carbon nanotubes and water-soluble polymer with an emulsifier in water and dispersing the mixture by ultrasonic waves to obtain the aqueous dispersion of carbon nanotube; (ii) polymerizing at least one kind of a monomer containing a polymerizable ethylene group based on the carbon nanotube and surrounding the carbon nanotube by a thermoplastic fiber layer generated from the monomer to perform microcapsulation; and (iii) aggregating the microcapsules to form a flock.
