PURPOSE: A method for simplifying receiving call process using an NP server in an ACQ(All Call Query) mode is provided to simplify a call process procedure from an ACQ terminal to a receiving terminal. CONSTITUTION: An MSC(Mobile Switching Center)(100) questions whether a service user subscribes a number portability service or not and the location terminal of the receiving terminal to an NPDB(Number portability DataBase)(200)(S51). If the number portability is not made, the MSC questions the location information to an HLR(Home Location Register) 1(300) corresponding to the prefix in which the NPDB is included in the mobile identification number of the received terminal(S52). The HLR1 is performs call establishment request to a receiving MSC 1(400).
