Production of toothbrushes comprises: (a) injection molding a first handle component (4) in a mold cavity (8); and (b) injection molding the remainder of the handle (3) around it in a second cavity (12), so that the sections are bound together. Alternatively the first component is transferred to a cooling cavity and allowed to harden. An independent claim is included for a toothbrush made by the method. |
