FIELD: transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in processing, food, chemical industries, as well as in construction and agriculture. Proposed device comprises frame mounted on hydraulic cylinder. Two curved levers pivoted on to said frame. Every end of plate articulated with air cylinder rod via moving joints with relevant arms of said levers. Lever arms are articulated via axial joist with rods of power air double-acting cylinders. Additional tie rod, parallel with said plate, is articulated with air cylinder bases. Said links make hinged mechanism. Aforesaid rods making grippers are arranged aligned with axes of relevant hinges and perpendicular to joint mechanism plane. Joint mechanism with air cylinder extended rod arranges said rods in line. With air cylinder rod pulled in, distance between extreme lateral rods is smaller than folded bag mouth size, while with rods pushed out, it corresponds to said size.
