FIELD: physics. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves collection of at least one sample of the mixture of hydrocarbons and uniform variation of temperature of the sample in a selected temperature range. The disclosed method also involves measuring the value of heat flux, plotting a curve of change in the value of heat flux versus temperature of the mixture of hydrocarbons and determining presence of specific components in the mixture of hydrocarbons from the curve. The amount of the component of the mixture corresponds to the number of peaks on the curve of change in the value of heat flux, each resulting from the phase transition of the i-th component due to the thermal effect. Determination of content of each present component in the mixture and water is carried out by associating the integrated heat flux to the specific phase transfer energy of that component of the mixture. ^ EFFECT: possibility of quickly determining content of a component in a mixture of hydrocarbons, minimisation of the sample volume and avoiding complex operations for chemical processing of the mixture, simplification of the process of determining composition of the mixture and, consequently, content of each component of the mixture. ^ 8 cl, 1 dwg |
