FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine. Device contains catheter with located inside cable with tip on distal end. Catheter is installed in endoscope with niche on distal end, in which placed is curved tray, put into action by handle. Tip on distal end of cable is made in form of arch located in plane perpendicular to endoscope, similar in shape to internal surface of duodenum. On catheter, from distal side, fixed is eccentric regulator, which regulates depth of resection of tumour-like formations. From proximal end catheter is fixed in bush with handle for longitudinal and rotational travel of catheter with regulator of resection depth, from proximal end cable is fixed to cylinder with handle for longitudinal and rotational travel of cable with tip. In fixation of cylinder to bush by screw joint longitudinal and rotational travel of tip and resection depth regulator is realised. ^ EFFECT: application of said device will make it possible to regulate depth of cable tip penetration during resection of tumour-like formations, which will reduce probability of duodenum wall perforation. ^ 5 dwg |
