PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing peptides for wound healing and skin regeneration is provided to ensure anti-inflammation and skin moisturizing without side effects. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for skin regeneration and wound healing contains 100 weight parts of glycosaminoglycans, 0.1-30 weight parts of madecassoside, 0.01-20 weight parts of folic acid, 0.1-20 weight parts of ascorbic acid, or derivative thereof; and 0.00001-1 weight parts of peptides having an amino acid of sequence number selected from the sequence numbers1-5. The ascorbic acid derivative is sodium ascoarbylphosphate, magnesium ascobyl phosphate, ascoarbyl glycoside, or aminopropylascorbylphosphate. The composition is manufactured in the form of solution, suspension, emulsion, paste, gel, cream, lotion, powder, soap, surfactant-containing cleansing, oil, powder foundation, or spray.
