A method for inducing the direction of a neurite using magnetic field is provided to treat a damaged nerve cell or improve a treatment agent. A method for inducing the direction of a neutrite comprises: a step of culturing a neural cell in vitro; and a step of treating an adenylate cyclase activator and retinoic acid to induce the neurite and applying magnetic field. The composition of cell therapeutic agent for generating cerebral nerve comprises a nerve cell having the induced direction. An apparatus for inducing the direction of neurite comprises cell culture container which a magnetic is equipped to both sides of direction. The cell culture container has rectangular form or ellipse form.
