摘要 The invention relates to the high voltage network that is formed by a transmission line with the generators and other power system elements connected to its terminal buses. The out-of-step relay associated with first bus contains the angle processor of bus voltage phasors, setting device, communication channel and relay of GPS module inputs and outputs. The relay measures the angle between voltage phasors at the ends of the line and its rate of change. To increase the accuracy of this operation, said relay is fit out with the first bus adder which models the first generator's EMF out of the first bus voltage and the first generator's current. The adder's output is connected to the first phase processor input, and the receiver's output is connected to the second phase processor input. The receiver using communication channel means gets the signal from the second bus adder which models the second generators EMF out of the second generator current, line current and the first bus voltage. Difference of measurement in time is obviated by using GPS synchronization impulses.
