PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing cup rice cake soup is provided to prevent removal of nutrients in rice by a rice cake manufacturing process, and to improve convenience for easily cooking the cup rice cake soup. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing cup rice cake soup comprises the following steps: rapidly freezing rice before washing(S01); soaking the frozen water in a soaking container for 3 ~ 4 hours(S02); removing water of the rice for 30 ~ 40 minutes(S03); steaming the rice with high temperature gas for 30 ~ 40 minutes(S04); molding the rice cake with a rice cake making machine in temperature of 35 ~ 50°C(S05); falling the molded rice cake in iced water; freezing the rice cake for 40 ~ 60 minutes in a freezer; aging the frozen rice cake in a refrigerator; vacuuming the rice cake with wrapped deoxidizer and composite seasoning soup; and wrapping products with plastic after covering the products with a lid. |
