Document Security System having an enhanced security and Operating Method Thereof

PURPOSE: A document security system and a method thereof are provided to prevent an illegal outflow of a document or an illegal decryption. CONSTITUTION: A user computer(1100) performs an encryption operation about a document file. The user computer performs a decryption operation or an outside transmission about the document file. An administrator computer(1400) produces an eigen value about information related with the document file. An encryption server(1300) includes a password related database about the operation of the user computer encryption operation.
