FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery of abdominal cavity and is intended for determining intestine viability in case of strangulated intestinal obstruction. Value of controlled parameter - index of bioelectromagnetic reactivity (BEMR) is determined in examined zone of intestine on ischemic and knowingly healthy intestine sites. Obtained results are compared. As a result of comparison, calculated is value of functional intestine state index (FISI), which represents taken in absolute units value of difference between BEMR index, measured on knowingly healthy unchanged site of intestine wall, and value of BEMR index, measured on ischemic site of intestine wall. If FISI value is within the range from 4.4 to 73.3, state of intestine tissues is considered to be compensated. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase reliability of determining intestine viability. ^ 3 ex |
