PURPOSE: An ion exchanging unit for an ion exchanging scrubber is provided to improve the processing efficiency of the ion exchange by simultaneously absorbing the ions of toxic gases and regenerating ion exchange fiber. CONSTITUTION: An ion exchanging unit for an ion exchanging scrubber includes a housing(4), an ion exchanging unit(6), a regenerating liquid supplying unit(10), a gas inlet(12), a gas outlet(14), and a regenerating liquid drain pipe(16). The ion exchanging unit is installed in the housing in order to absorb toxic gases. The ion exchanging unit includes a physical reacting part(20) and a chemical reacting part(31). The regenerating liquid supplying unit is installed at the upper side of the ion exchanging unit in order to supply regenerating liquid through a regenerating liquid inlet pipe(8). The regenerating liquid drain pipe drains the regenerating liquid by being installed at the lower side of the housing.
