FIELD: oil and gas production. ^ SUBSTANCE: device consists of sub, of hollow case with screwed pointed lower end wherein there is installed coupling performing limited lengthwise travels upward and interacting with sub, and of fishing unit inside case. The fishing unit corresponds to a hollow rod rigidly connected to the coupling and equipped with a radial channel and inclined surface for a wedge chute. Also, the hollow rod has a lower spring loaded bush with tapered surface on top; the bush is inserted into the radial channel of the rod and travels and interacts with a process orifice of the wedge; an upper spring loaded bush travels downward in the cavity of the rod. The upper bush is equipped with a seat communicated with an internal cavity of the case for a ball and with a taper below. The seat interacts with tapered surface of the lower bush pressing it off inclined surface when the upper bush travels downward. ^ EFFECT: elimination of wedge-deflector break-away at its extraction, elimination of emergency operations for disassembly of device when wedge-deflector can not be extracted from well. ^ 3 dwg
