FIELD: oil and gas production. ^ SUBSTANCE: device consists of case with central pass wherein there is placed seat of valve with side channels, also seat is plugged from beneath. Further, the device consists of spring ring holding the shoe in a working position. The seat with the valve positioned therein is rigidly connected with the case and on top it is equipped with a head for a fishing tool. It also has orifices set off in radial direction communicating a cavity of the seat with the central channel of the case. A circular recess for the spring ring is cut on internal surface of the seat above the side channels. Above the ring there is positioned the valve resting on the ring and spring loaded on top from the head. The valve is equipped with a throttling orifice and an external recess. At moving downwards the valve seals the side channels of the seat and it is arrested in a lower position at interaction of the spring ring with its external recess. ^ EFFECT: expanded functionality, increased reliability and efficiency. ^ 2 dwg
