FIELD: transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to railway transport and may be used for clearing railway crossing of stopped transport facility or dropped cargo. Proposed device is made up of package of cylinders arranged along rails and parallel one with another in intertrack space and on both sides of the latter. Cylinders feature smooth surface, or nicked surface, and are mounted in said package in parallel in supports. One of said supports is coupled with drive made up of reduction gear and motor. Cylinder length equals width of traffic lane. Cylinder top point is mounted above rail surface. Cylinders are driven to turn transport facility or cargo solely in direction of their motion on said traffic lane. ^ EFFECT: higher safety of railway traffic and transport facilities. ^ 1 dwg
