PURPOSE: A laser handpiece for skin surgical operation and an operation method thereof are provided to maximize surgical operation efficiency and to prevent burn in the skin. CONSTITUTION: A laser handpiece for skin surgical operation comprises: a connector(10) which is detachably combined with fiber; a first irradiation lens(20) and a second irradiation lens(21) which are inserted into the connector and diffuse the laser beam created from a beam generator; a lens tube(30) combined with the front side of the connector; an eyepiece holder(40) mounted on one side of the lens tube; an array lens(50) which divides a laser beam into a plurality of beams; a third irradiation lens(22) diffusing the divided laser beam; a lead body(60) combined with one side of the eyepiece holder; a lead guide block(70) inserted into the lead body; a fourth irradiation lens(23) loaded inside the lead guide block; and a focus guide adjusting unit(80).
