PURPOSE: A membrane water pail installed in a bathroom of a high-speed train is provided to prevent a welded portion from being broken due to vibration and impact generated when the train runs. CONSTITUTION: A membrane water pail(100) installed in a bathroom of a high-speed train comprises a water pail part(200), a shutoff valve(250), a sealing rubber plate(260), and a blocking plate(270). The water pail part is composed of a body(210) and a cover plate(240). A recess is formed on one side of the cover plate. Portions at which the body and the recess come into contact with each other are integrated into one body by welding in a state in which the front end of the body is inserted into the recess. The shutoff valve blocks inflow of water. The sealing rubber plate is provided to the bottom surface of the body. The sealing rubber plate seals up a hemispherical opening portion of the body. The blocking plate includes an air intake pipe.
