FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: sealing compound contains the following in wt %: chlorobutyl rubber 4.2-5.8, polyisobutylene 10.0-13.8, tall colophony glycerin ether 1.2-1.3, polyethylene wastes 0.3-0.4, technical carbon P-803 0.3-0.4, asbestos 1.7-3.5, trichloroethyl phosphate 4.4-4.7, melamine 0.8-0.9, zinc borate 1.2-1.3, aluminium hydroxide 54-55, magnesium hydroxide 17.0-17.4, para-quinonedioxime 0.2-0.26, manganese oxide 0.1-0.12, schungite 0.8-1.0. The vibration-absorbing polymer material contains a base made from aluminium foil and a layer of sealing compound protected by anti-adhesion paper with total thickness of the material equal to 1.56-2.6 mm. The material is meant for finishing inner metallic surfaces of railway vehicles, as well as ceilings and lateral spaces inside passenger stock. ^ EFFECT: disclosed compound has low smoke emission and low toxicity of products; vibration-absorbing polymer material has low inflammability and has good vibration-damping properties and high frost resistance. ^ 2 cl, 1 tbl, 11 ex |
