PURPOSE: A polluted soil farming device for attaching a backhoe provided with an underground injection pipe is provided to cultivate smoothly polluted soil in more than 1 meter under the ground, to purify polluted soil by spraying injection materials like high temperature steam, microbes or nutrient solution under the ground, and to spray smoothly without clogging up an injection nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A polluted soil farming device for attaching a backhoe provided with an underground injection pipe comprises: a cutting farming device(10) cutting polluted soil to be farmed in the appointed width and including a pair of cutting blades(11) and a connecting bar(13) provided with a backhoe connecting link(14) for connecting to a backhoe; an underground injection device(20) spraying purifying materials to the cut and farmed soil and including a rotary shaft(21), a soil purifying material transfer path, plural injection nozzles(23), a distributor and a soil purifying material input pipe; and a rotating device(30) rotating the rotary shaft.
