PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of artificial wood material using natural vegetable fiber is provided to maintain intensity similar to natural wood material by remarkably reducing the content of synthetic which produces harmful gas in fire. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of artificial wood material using natural vegetable fiber includes the following steps: mixing synthetic resin mixed with polypropylene, HDPE, ethylene vinyl acetate or linear low density polyethylene with a binding agent which is selected from polypropylene, titanate or zirconate, and silicon oil; coating the synthetic resin with the materials; drying fiber powder selected from a group consisting of waste paper, rice straw, cornstalk, coffee shell, fan palm leaf and etc ; mixing the synthetic resin mixed with binding agent and dried natural vegetable fiber powder; mixing one or more agent selected from a group consisting of a lubricant, an antioxidant, a UV stabilizer, a nucleating agent, fillings, and an inorganic pigment with a compound; and molding an artificial wood product using an extrusion machine by adding an expander.
