FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to prosthetics of body parts. Method includes obtaining of wax mould of auricle prosthesis in dismountable punch of repeated application, preliminarily produced from gypsum, adaptation of wax mould of prosthesis on patient's face on site, further processing of wax mould by formation on it of individual relief for obtaining wax copy of prosthesis, which after that is plastered in flask, wax is replaced by silicone, obtained silicone prosthesis is removed from flask and polished. Dismountable punch contains base, middle part, dismountable lid, which consists of two joining parts. In base and middle part of punch fixing bars are placed. On middle part of punch and on each part of lid corresponding to bars responding hollows are made. ^ EFFECT: inventions ensure reduction of labour intensiveness and material consumption in production of auricle prosthesis due to possibility of repeated application of punch for production of auricle prosthesis moulds. ^ 2 cl, 6 dwg |
