<p>A power drill including a housing (10,14), a drill spindle (12) carrying a drill bit (13), a drive unit (11) arranged to rotate and move the drill spindle (12) longitudinally between a forward end position and a rear end position, a drive unit (11) arranged to apply a rotational as well as longitudinal movement on the drill spindle (12), a control system for governing the operation of the drive unit (11) and comprising a first switching device (21) arranged to be activated in the forward end position of the drill spindle (12) by a first cam element (20) attached to the drill spindle (12), a second switching device (23) arranged to be activated in the rear end position of the drill spindle (12) by a second cam element (22) attached to the drill spindle (12), and a third switching device (25) adjustably attached to the housing (10,14) and arranged to be activated by the first cam element (20) in a desired advance speed shifting position of the drill spindle (12).</p> |
