PROCESS OF RECYCLING AGGREGATE

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for recycled aggregate is provided to replace the consumption of the natural resource by reproducing construction waste or waste concrete and applying to various fields, to prevent the unbalance phenomenon of aggregate supply and demand, and to minimize conservation environmental pollution of the natural resource. CONSTITUTION: The circulation aggregate manufacturing method includes the steps of: inputting the waste aggregate materials into hopper to supply to next step(S10); separating the foreign substance from the input aggregate materials and assorting by the particle size(S20); smashing aggregate which is bigger that the standard particle size of the sorter among the selected aggregate materials, into small particles(S30); removing the foreign substance using second sorter from smashed aggregate materials and assorting by the size of the particle(S40); smashing aggregate materials, bigger than the standard particle size of sorter from second sort step, and also smashing aggregate material having standard particle size much smaller(S50); assorting by the particle size using third sorter from the smashed aggregate materials(S60); eliminating the moisture of the inside of aggregate or the surface by supplying the aggregate materials selected from the third sort step to dryer and creating the heating temperature of 200~500°C(S70); distributing by the weight and the size of aggregate after the moisture inside of the aggregate(S75); and assorting the aggregate of the desired size from transferred aggregate by using fourth sorter(S80).
