PURPOSE: A prefabricated water tank with the improved surface appearance is provided to prevent a flange unit, a bolt, or a nut of a unit panel from being exposed to the outside using a protective cover. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated water tank with the improved surface appearance includes a water tank body(2), and a thermal insulation member(20). The water tank body is formed by assembling plural unit panels with flange units on the edge into a cylinder. The thermal insulation member is installed on each unit panel, and includes a thermal insulating material and a protective cover(30). The protective cover secludes the internal space inside the flange unit from the outside.
