PURPOSE: A skiving and burnishing tool is provided to minimize energy consumption due to work load by generating plastic deformation, gradually increasing press-fitting strength. CONSTITUTION: A skiving and burnishing tool(T) consists of a roller burnishing head(100) and a skiving head(200). A plurality of rollers are installed on the outer circumferential surface of the roller burnishing head at the same intervals. Insert tips(215) of various dimensions are replaceably installed on the cartridge(210) of the skiving head. The protruded degree of the roller or the cartridge is controlled on the outer diameter of the skiving head or the roller burnishing head through one of first and second change units. |
