PURPOSE: A compound is provided to ensure excellent activity and solubility, thereby being efficient in the formulation and delivery. CONSTITUTION: A compound or stereoisomer thereof or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof are represented by chemical formula 1. A method for preparing the compound comprises the steps of: reacting a compound of chemical formula 3: Cl-(CH2)n-CHOH-R3, phthalimide, HOR' and hydrazine, wherein the compound of chemical formula 3 is prepared by reducing a mpound of chemical formula 2: Cl-(CH2)n-C(O)R3 to prepare a compound of chemical formula 4: H2N-(CH2)n-CH(OR')R3; and reacting the compound of chemical formula 4 with a compound of chemical formula 5: R1-NCO in a base condition.
