PURPOSE: A repair and reinforcement device of a structure using a pressurizer is provided to repair and to reinforce a structure simply by applying pressure force by the rotation of a screw member and transferring pressure force to a structure by a brace. CONSTITUTION: A repair and reinforcement device of a structure(100) using a pressure device comprises: a pressurizer(110) attached to one side of a column of a structure to apply pressure force in the vertical direction using a pressure device provided with a roller member and a screw member; a bearing device(150) fixed to the lower side of a beam(106) installed parallel to the ground to transfer compressive force transferred through a brace toward a beam; and a brace(160) connected to the pressure device and the bearing device by a hinge to connect the bearing device and the pressure device to operate together.
