PURPOSE: Telemetering information based on wired-wireless communication technology and a system for confirming the exhaust amount of carbon dioxide are provided to easily confirm the used amount of energy. CONSTITUTION: A metering microcomputer(100) collects power monitoring information. A metering modem(200) receives the collected power monitoring information through an infrared ray communication method and transfers the power monitoring information to a house. A gas metering unit(400) collects gas metering information. An energy information displaying unit(300) outputs the calculated exhausted amount of carbon dioxide based on the gas metering information and the power monitoring information.
