PURPOSE: A sludge treating apparatus equipped with a stirring unit for a water purifying plant is provided to transfer power regardless of the pressure of water by including a stirring part moving into a sludge collecting hopper and stirring sludge. CONSTITUTION: A sludge collector(10), a sludge collecting hopper(20), an outlet(22), a fixing unit(32), a stirring part(30), a multi-node link, and a stirring drive motor are prepared. The sludge collector collects sludge from the bottom side of precipitated ground(T). The sludge collecting hopper contains collected sludge. The outlet discharges the sludge to the outside. The fixing unit stirs the sludge. The stirring part installs a connecting rod by crossing the fixing unit. The multi-node link is in connection with the stirring part, and the stirring drive motor drives the multi-node link.
