PURPOSE: A garlic roaster is provided to easily and uniformly roast the outer surface of garlic by turning over the garlic when a cooking container is completely sealed. CONSTITUTION: A garlic roaster comprises a cooking container unit(32) and upper and lower handle rods(36,38). The cooking container unit is composed of upper and lower cooking containers(32a,32b). The lower cooking container is coupled to the upper cooking container through a hinge(34). The top end of the upper cooking container and the bottom end of the lower cooking container are sealed. The upper and lower handle rods are horizontally extended from the outer surfaces of the upper and lower cooking containers. When the upper and lower cooking containers are sealed, the upper and lower handle rods are adhered to each other. |
