PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode display device is provided to improve the reliability of a transparent device by preventing an image on the rear side of a display unit from being distorted. CONSTITUTION: In an organic light emitting diode display device, a sub pixel comprises an element area(DA) and a transmission area(NA). A switching thin film transistor(S1) and a driving thin-film transistor(T1) are arranged in the element area A scan line(117a) and a data line(121a) are connected in the switching thin film transistor A power line(121b) is connected in the driving thin-film transistor A bank layer(121) defining the lighting-emitting area is arranged in a first electrode(120).
