A METHOD AND SYSTEM OF EXAMINING THE GENUINENESS OF THE ISSUED DOCUMENT USING A BAR-CODE

PURPOSE: An issued document checking method using a bar code and an apparatus thereof are provided to indicate a copy file of an issued document if the bar code is picked up with a camera or a scanner by printing an address of a confirmation server to the bar code on the issued document. CONSTITUTION: An input means receives an image of a bar code recognized with a camera(31) of a mobile terminal. An extracting means extracts an address of a confirmation server(60) and authentication information of an issued document from a barcode image. A request means transmits the authentication information of the issued document to the address of the confirmation server and requests a copy file of the issued document. A display means receives the copy file from the confirmation server and indicates through an issued document viewer of a mobile terminal. A installation means requests a download of the viewer to a download server(70) and installs at the mobile terminal.
