The seat has a backrest comprising a lower end zone fixed with a base, and an upper end zone. Side branches are extended from bottom of an inverse U-shaped arc of an integrated headrest. The branches are integrated with the upper end zone. An opening (15) is formed between the arc and the upper end zone. A removable extension (20) extending the headrest is fixed to the arc in a reversible manner. The extension partially masks the opening.
