The element (10) has a wood concrete part (14) coupled with an insulating part (12) at the level of a vertical junction plane (16). A vertical conduit (36) is opened at the level of a bottom side face (24') and a top side face (20') or a vertical groove extends on the height of the wood concrete part. A horizontal conduit is opened at the level of the side faces or a horizontal groove (38) is formed at the level of the side faces. The conduits and the grooves are arranged so as to create a network of vertical and horizontal conduits when concrete blocks are assembled. An independent claim is also included for a method for forming a wall by assembling constructive elements.
