The sleeve (2) has two rubber or plastic tubes (1) arranged on a lorry handle (4), where the sleeve is integrated by a cord endowed of a lorry unlocking counter. The cord combining the sleeve is fixed with two orifices formed on top of the sleeve, where the sleeve is arranged on the handle through a slot (5) formed at the time of manufacturing. An opening is facilitated through notches (7) acting as a hinge and molded on an opposite side to the slot.
