PURPOSE: A magnet type forgery protection cap assembly is provided to emit light from the inside of a container using an LED device when a user opens a cap. CONSTITUTION: A magnet type forgery protection cap assembly includes a first cap(10), a second cap(30), a third cap(50), a fourth cap(70), and a lighting unit(80). The first cap is pressurize-fixed to a neck(5a) of a container(5), and includes a ring member(14) connected to the inside of the first cap using a leg unit and a first through-hole(14a). The second cap is pressurize-inserted to the upper edge of the first cap, and includes a male screw unit(32) and a second through hole. The third cap includes a female screw unit(52) for coupling with the male screw unit. The fourth cap is installed in the first through-hole. The lighting unit connects the terminal(94b) of an LED device(82) to a battery for emitting light.
