摘要 PURPOSE: A battery state monitoring circuit and a batter device are provided to accurately control a charging state of a charger when a voltage of a secondary battery approaches 0V. CONSTITUTION: A battery state monitoring circuit controls charging/discharging states of a secondary battery(1). The battery state monitoring circuit includes a reference voltage circuit(37), an over-discharge detection circuit(34), a control circuit(32), and a minimum operation voltage monitoring circuit(31). The over-discharge detection circuit detects over-discharge of a secondary battery. The control circuit receives an output of the over-discharge detection circuit. The minimum operation voltage monitoring circuit detects a minimum operation voltage of the battery state monitoring circuit. The minimum operation voltage monitoring circuit includes a first transistor(30) and a second transistor(28).
