MAKING METHOD OF PATIENT GRUEL USING SPECIALTY RICE

PURPOSE: A producing method of gruel for patients using special rice is provided to use rice cultivar hiami with the high content of GABA, and to offer the prevention effect of high blood pressure and diabetics. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of gruel for patients using special rice comprises the following steps: mixing 100parts of rice cultivar hiami by weight, 25~35parts of green rice by weight, 3~5part of mulberry leaf power by weight, 10~15parts of helianthus tuberosus by weight, 5~10parts of barley powder by weight, and 3~4parts of salt by weight; adding 1,300~1,500parts of water by weight into the mixture and stirring; heating the stirred mixture for cooking; freeze-drying the heated mixture at -20~-48deg C for 36~60hours; and vacuum packing the freeze-dried mixture.
