PURPOSE: A producing method of a bean curd coagulant using a chelating agent is provided to secure the excellent flavor, texture, and yield of bean curd without a cooling process. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a bean curd coagulant using a chelating agent comprises the following steps: inserting 35wt% of magnesium chloride into water for diluting and obtaining a magnesium chloride solution; producing a chelate solution using polyphosphate, phytic acid, amino acid, or two of the previous compounds; and mixing 60~95wt% of magnesium chloride solution, and 5~40wt% of chelate solution.
