PURPOSE: A crystalline silicon solar cell module is provided to minimize the warpage of a solar cell and damage thereto by suppressing thermal expansion and contraction. CONSTITUTION: In a crystalline silicon solar cell module, a silicon solar cell(122) is serially connected by using a free lead I·R(123). A busbar ribbon(128) interlinks the circuit of serially connected crystalline silicon solar cells. A conductive adhesives is coated between the crystalline silicon solar cells and the free lead I·R. The crystalline silicon solar cell module(121) uses the conductive adhesives and solves stress due to thermal expansion when bonding different material.
