MICROWAVE DIELECTRIC CERAMIC COMPOSITIONS FOR LOW TEMPERATURE SINTERING

摘要

PURPOSE: A low-temperature sintering microwave dielectric ceramic composition is provided to use borosilicate glass frit as a low-temperature sintering agent. CONSTITUTION: A low-temperature sintering microwave dielectric ceramic composition contains the following: 5~10wt% of glass frit containing 9~25mol% of SiO2, 25~45mol% of B2O3, 25~50mol% of LiO2, and 0~22mol% of one compound selected from CaO, MgO, or ZnO; and 90~95wt% of ceramic filler selected from mixed metal oxides marked with chemical formula 1: (Zn1-xCox)TiNb2O8, or chemical formula 2: 2ZnTi(Nb1-yTay)2O8.
