PURPOSE: A radial tire capable of controlling standing wave is provided to prevent the deformation caused by a centrifugal force by employing a fastening ring on a shoulder that is in contact with an outer tread. CONSTITUTION: A radial tire capable of controlling standing wave comprises a tread(1a,1b), first and second grooves(2a,2b), sidewalls(3), a shoulder(4), and a rim mounting bead. The first and second grooves are symmetrically arranged on the left and right treads around the sensor line of the tread. The shoulder connects the tread and the sidewalls. A fastening ring groove(9), in which a fastening ring coupled with bolts and nuts is formed in the circumferential direction of the tire, is formed in the shoulder between the right tread and the sidewall.
