摘要 PURPOSE: A defect detection device of the steel wire cable is provided to minimize the time to attach the defect detection device using the magnetostriction ultrasonic wave by in advance preparing the magnetization metal member, coil and coupling jig to the twisted wire, and to minimize the time when trafficking is controlled in the common middle bridge. CONSTITUTION: The defect detection device(100) of the steel wire cable includes: a magnetized metal member(110); a coil(120); a magnetic field generating section; a ultrasonic wave receiving part; and a coupling jig(160). The magnetized metal member is included in the twisted wire(20) circumference achieved to a plurality of strands intimate. The coil is rolled to adhere closely to the magnetization metal member. The magnetic field generating section generates the magnetic field changes in the magnetization metal member by sanctioning electricity current in coil. The ultrasonic signal generated by the ultrasonic receiver is the change of magnetism at the magnetization metal member is a message received. The magnetization metal member and coil are prepared with the longitudinal direction of the twisted wire in the section which is mutually detached. The coupling jig pressurizes the magnetization metal member and coil to adhere closely to the twisted wire circumference.
